Sounds like a potential powder keg to me...
ReplyDelete"potential?"
ReplyDeleteWe can only hope.
ReplyDeleteRun away!
ReplyDeleteWhy "Religion Compatibility Test"?
ReplyDeleteVery, very interesting. You didn't have to do it, yet you did. On your own initiative. Very, very interesting. And perhaps, very promising.
I am on walkabout, plugged into the electric anthill and checked the blog. Wow, Lawrence and I are over 60% in religion!
ReplyDeleteMagellan, have you thought about adding these compatibility tests to RIA for those of us that do not use myspace or facebook?
ReplyDeleteGTH, what's a walkabout? And are you up for doing a guest blog post on how to leave a video review? Donovan, yes, I have. In fact, it's in our 6 month plan. I really like the compat tests as it's sort of a fun, social spin on rating.
ReplyDeleteThanks Lawrence, I look forward to it!
ReplyDeleteWhen I get back from walkabout, I am going to do the guest shot. I need to talk to Angus about it. Unfortunately, Fido is too old and feeble to appear on the video.
ReplyDeleteWalkabout is when I go into the bush and hunt dingoes!
ReplyDeleteHere are some definitions of walkabout from Wikipedia:
ReplyDeleteSlang usage
Jocularly, someone or thing that has disappeared permanently or temporarily is said to have 'gone walkabout', for example, "Ainslie, have you seen my stapler? It's gone walkabout again." Also 'gone walkies'.
In the UK, organized events in which members of the British Royal Family walk past assembled crowds of onlookers.
A person's desire to travel without a planned itinerary or set destination; the more common English term is wanderlust.
I haven't even read this test yet...half afraid to. But a couple of comments on here have me curious now. Ghengis....can't wait for your blog on your "walkabout". And poor Fido. Oh and I have been feeding and playing with Fido Jr on occasion when I have extra points so that you can concentrate on training..
ReplyDeleteDonovan.....you should get a Facebook and/or myspace account...I was so skeptical when I joined both and now I can't get enough. Most on MySpace are actual friends...a lot of family on Facebook. Ghengis is all over the site!...Thanks for leading me to so many great things on there. My latest addiction is horse racing. If I didnt have a life before, I really don't now! Met some great people from all over the world too!
And last but not least....Lawrence...don't know about compatibility tests on RIA. Part of the fun of them is checking Facebook/MySpace to see the new ones. I think it brings more people to RIA.
Sorry so long guys...Ive spent so much time racing horses on Facebook that I have neglected RIA a little...but I do check in pretty much daily!!!! :-)
I agree with Donovan's suggestion to possibly add the compatibility tests to RIA (for those of us who don't want to touch Facebook nor MySpace with a ten-foot pole.) Hope that works, out!
ReplyDelete. . . I don't know where that comma came from before the "out" . . . .
ReplyDeleteGTH, is it safe to assume that you are a member of the British Royal Family walking past onlookers?
ReplyDeleteKamylienne, thanks for the Shout, Out!
ReplyDelete*sigh* . . . . damn me and my typos . . . . between that and having to try my password three times due to typing it wrong, I think I'll have to call it a day! :P`.
